From mill thread to family store till

KONFETSIONI ROZA TOV cuts and sews men’s and boys’ suits, coats, underwear, and accessories at one address, then ships wholesale cartons and hangs the same garments on our family clothing floors.

Thread-to-till belt

Five stations, one cutting ticket

Cloth enters the Konovaltsia mill; finished garments leave as wholesale lots or as hangers on the family floor. No outside cutter sits between those two ends.

  1. 01

    Thread

Wool, coating, and knit yarn land at 260 vul. Yevhena Konovaltsia. The same inbound lot can become a coat face or a jersey undershirt body.

  2. 02

    Cut

Pattern paper and shears mark men’s and boys’ blocks on one table, so a mixed-size order does not wait on a second factory.

  3. 03

    Sew

Lockstitch for suits and coats, overlock for underwear — separate machines, same hall, one finish spec on the ticket.

  4. 04

    Pack

Distributor cartons and store replenishment leave the same dock. A lot number follows the garment from the cutting table.

  5. 05

    Till

Family floors put mill coats, suits, and basics on one rail. The receipt is the last station, not a third party’s warehouse.

The Konovaltsia mill

A 2025 shop built as mill, dock, and store

KONFETSIONI ROZA TOV works from 260 vul. Yevhena Konovaltsia, Ivano-Frankivsk, 76018. The holding opened in 2025 to keep a men’s and family wardrobe inside one company: outerwear, knit underwear, small sewn goods, wholesale, and retail.

Most apparel desks either sew or they sell. We run both. A distributor and a parent on the family floor take garments from the same cutting ticket. The machines, the dock, and the hangers share the address.

The mill desk answers on +380995825740 and at [email protected]. Call before a visit.

Production lines

What the mill actually sews and ships

Six tickets share one building. Outerwear and knit sit a hall apart; wholesale cartons and family hangers leave the same dock.

01

Men’s and boys’ suits and coats

The hall cuts and sews men’s and boys’ suits and coats — jackets, trousers, and winter outerwear from wool and coating cloth. Blocks run from school sizes through adult on one mill ticket.

02

Men’s and boys’ underwear

A knit line makes men’s and boys’ underwear — undershirts, briefs, and jersey pieces. Overlock sits in the same building as the coat machines, so a mixed carton does not wait on a second supplier.

03

Apparel and accessories

Beyond suits we sew shirts, light apparel, and sewn accessories that complete a men’s or boys’ rail. Small runs stay on the Konovaltsia ticket rather than going out to a trim shop.

04

Miscellaneous sewn goods

The same floor takes short-run sewn items that never belong on a lookbook: utility stitches, linings, and other small products a wholesaler or store needs next to the garments. Ask the desk what the current bench can take.

05

Wholesale men’s and boys’ clothing

Distributors order finished men’s and boys’ clothing by the carton from the mill dock. Lots can mix suits, coats, underwear, and accessories because those lines already share the building.

06

Family clothing retail

We run family clothing floors that put mill garments in front of walk-in shoppers — men, women, and children under one roof. Stock comes from the same Konovaltsia cartons that leave for wholesale.

Family floors

A household rail, not a branded flagship

The retail end is a family clothing floor. Parents find coats, school-event suits, and everyday knit on neighboring hangers — the mill’s own garments, with the till as the last station on the belt.

B2B dock

Mixed lots from one packing bay

Wholesale men’s and boys’ clothing leaves the Konovaltsia dock as numbered cartons. Outerwear and underwear already share the mill, so a distributor writes one order instead of collecting coats in one town and knit in another.

Write sizes, season, and the mix you need. The desk replies from Ivano-Frankivsk.

Questions we hear on Konovaltsia

Do you only sew men’s lines?

Production tickets are men’s and boys’ suits, coats, underwear, and accessories. The family floors also carry a wider household rail. Ask what is on the current hangers before you travel.

Can a distributor mix outerwear and underwear?

Yes. Both lines leave the same dock. Put the mix, sizes, and season on the message form and the mill desk will answer from Ivano-Frankivsk.

Where do I visit?

260 vul. Yevhena Konovaltsia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ivano-Frankivska obl., 76018 Ukraine. Call +380995825740 first so the packing bay or the family floor can meet you.

Is this a new shop?

The company opened in 2025. Mill, wholesale, and family retail were on the first ticket — not added later as extra signs on the door.
